Before placing an order

Please make up your mind before you actually place an order to avoid any confusion. If possible please avoid multiple correspondences since sorting out different messages on the same topic is a very time consuming business.

 

 

Deposit

To process your order I need a deposit of 20% of the total price. This deposit covers the purchase of the materials for your instrument and will not be refunded if the order is cancelled. You'll get an ordering confirmation with all your specs listed as soon as your deposit is here.

 

 

Delivery times and delay

Some products are individually crafted to your specifications, this may lead to a waiting list for different types of items. It is not possible to give exact delivery dates but be assured that I will do my best to deliver the product as soon as possible.

 

 

 

Returns

I take great care in what I make. However if you ever receive one of my products damaged or if you see any serious fault, let me know through my mail address (posted at the bottom of the page).

Before sending a physical Return you must alert me of your intention to return a product and await my confirmation to receive it before you ship it. Use any of the contact methods listed on my site (email is preferred). I will ask you to please pack the item securely, using the original packing if possible. I recommend that you insure the package against loss or damage as it is your responsibility until I sign for it.

 

 

Damaged in Shipping:

I insure all my packages against loss or damage during shipping. If your package arrives and appears to have suffered from crushing, puncture or serious deformation I would ask that you refuse to sign for it and give it back to the courier. You should state the reason for not accepting it is "damage during shipping".

However, if you do accept the package and later find out that it was damaged during shipping (often the evidence will be visible somewhere on the box), I ask that you contact me immediately. You should not use the product and should retain the package for evidence. I will be able to advise you on the next steps once I am informed.

 

 

 

How to pay

Payment can be made by either bank draft or international money order.
