Before Placing an Order

Please make sure you have made your decision before placing an order in order to avoid any confusion. If possible, please avoid sending multiple messages regarding the same subject, as sorting through different messages on the same topic can be very time-consuming.

 

Deposit

To process your order, I require a deposit of 20% of the total price. This deposit covers the purchase of materials for your instrument and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled.

You will receive an order confirmation with all your specifications listed as soon as the deposit has been received.

 

Delivery times and delay

Some products are individually handcrafted according to your specifications, which may result in waiting times depending on the type of item ordered.

It is not possible to provide exact delivery dates, but please be assured that I will do my best to complete and deliver your product as soon as possible.

 

Returns

I take great care in crafting my products. However, if you receive one of my products damaged, or if you notice any serious defect, please contact me by email using the address provided at the bottom of the page.

Before returning a physical item, you must notify me of your intention to return the product and wait for my confirmation before shipping it back. Please use one of the contact methods listed on my website (email is preferred).

I kindly ask that you pack the item securely, preferably using the original packaging. I also recommend insuring the package against loss or damage, as it remains your responsibility until I have signed for its receipt.

Damaged in Shipping:

All packages are insured against loss or damage during shipping.

If your package arrives showing signs of crushing, puncture, or serious deformation, I ask that you refuse delivery and return it to the courier. Please state that the reason for refusal is “damage during shipping”.

However, if you accept the package and later discover shipping damage (evidence is often visible on the box), please contact me immediately. Do not use the product, and keep both the item and packaging as evidence.

Once informed, I will advise you on the next steps.
